Services include: ELCFV offers family support services for early learning programs including child care assistance for children birth-13 years based on parent/guardian gross annual income and activity (work, school and/or disability) and Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) registration - VPK is available to all Florida 4-year-olds and even some 5-year-olds. ELCFV offers information on quality early learning, personalized local resources/referrals, family engagement, and home delivery book services. To assure all children have success in an early learning environment, ELCFV offers free developmental screenings, classroom supports and Warm Line services.

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

DeLand Location:
Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm *Closed from 1:00pm-2:00pm for lunch

Flagler Location:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
