The following services are available: 1) Free Modified Telephone Program for anyone with a hearing impairment 2) Accessibility Surveys 3) Advocacy - Individual, Self and Systems 4) Ramp Building 5) Assistive Technology 6) Communication Services 7) Equipment Loan Closet 8) IEP Advocacy and Services in the Schools 9) Independent Living Services and Training 10) Service Animal Training Classes 11) Cooking Classes 12) Seminars and Educational Workshops 13) Information and Referral Services 14) Peer Counseling Services 15) Youth/Transition Services

Eligibility

Must be a person with a significant disability or have a medical or psychiatric condition that severally impairs their ability to perform at least one or more daily life living skill. Ages 4 - up
