Services include: ELCFV offers family support services for early learning programs including child care assistance for children birth-13 years based on parent/guardian gross annual income and activity (work, school and/or disability) and Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) registration - VPK is available to all Florida 4-year-olds and even some 5-year-olds. ELCFV offers information on quality early learning, personalized local resources/referrals, family engagement, and home delivery book services. To assure all children have success in an early learning environment, ELCFV offers free developmental screenings, classroom supports and Warm Line services.

Closed Fridays

Description
Services include: supporting families by helping working parents with early care and education for their children be more affordable, providing child care services for children at risk of abuse and neglect, assisting families in finding resources for children with special needs, identifying children with health and/or developmental delays, assisting child care professionals to provide quality early care and education and free early education for all four year olds in Florida through our VPK Program.
