Description:
Staffed with both a Certified Diabetes Educator and Registered Dietitian, our Diabetes Educator Programs features comprehensive educational classes which teach diabetic patients to manage diabetes in individual/group settings. Goal of program is to teach the skills needed to improve patients health, eat the right foods and avoid future complications. The program meets the Standard of Care for diabetic patients educational needs and is ADA Recognized.
