Description:

The Domestic Abuse Council can assist with filing Injunctions for Protection against Intimate Partner Abuse, Sexual Violence, Stalking, and Dating Violence. Attorneys will file the petition for qualifying survivors, represent them in court, and represent survivors in any subsequent violations or modifications of the Injunction. Survivors may access this program by calling the 24 hour hotline at 386-255-2102

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm. 24-hour hotline.
